John France, leader of the Oroville Spillway Incident Forensic Investigation Team, spoke with HydroWorld about the interim findings and ongoing investigation into the failure of the main and emergency spillways at Oroville Dam in February. This video was taken at the Association of State Dam Safety Officials annual conference earlier this year.
