Austria seeks equipment for 236.5-MW Ybbs-Persenbeug

Verbund Austrian Hydro Power AG seeks bids for switchgear and for instrumentation, excitation, and governors for the 236.5-MW Ybbs-Persenbeug hydroelectric project on Austria’s Danube River. Bids in separate solicitations are due February 25.

Verbund seeks engineering, manufacturing, supply, assembly, testing, startup, and documentation of the equipment. In one solicitation it seeks three lots comprising 0.4-kilovolt, 6-kilovolt, and 20-kilovolt switchgear. In the other, it seeks three lots comprising machine instrumentation, excitation, and turbine governors.

Tender documents for each solicitation may be obtained from the address below until February 18. Proposals for each solicitation, in German, are due by noon February 25.
