NAES Corporation has acquired Olsson Industrial Electric

NAES Corporation has acquired Olsson Industrial Electric, which provides all phases of electrical systems engineering, installation and integration.

“Olsson brings us a substantial capability in both engineering and installation of instrumentation, controls, and high-voltage electrical systems,” says Robert E. Fishman, president and chief executive officer of NAES. “The company has deep expertise in designing, building and maintaining complex systems for all of the sectors we currently serve.”

NAES is an independent services company that provides operations, maintenance, fabrication, construction, engineering and technical support to build, repair and operate plants across the power generation, oil and gas, petrochemical, pulp and paper, and manufacturing industries.

HydroWorld.com has reported on Olsson Industrial Electric’s work at the 980-MW McNary project, owned by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
