Nominate facilities for the 2022 Hydro Hall of Fame

Hydro Hall of Fame

Clarion Energy is looking for qualifying hydroelectric plants worldwide to consider for induction into the Hydro Hall of Fame in 2022.

The 2022 class of inductees will be announced during the opening keynote session at HYDROVISION International in July 2022 in Denver, Colo., U.S.

Qualifying criteria for consideration are essentially that the facility has operated for 100 years or more, providing reliable electricity to the grid. The hydroelectric facility cannot have been offline for more than six months. Hydropower plants anywhere in the world are eligible.

To enter a plant for consideration, fill out the nomination form, available here, by scrolling down to “Nominate Your Plant.”

Since the Hydro Hall of Fame award was created in 1995, more than 50 hydropower projects have been inducted.
