Pakistan extends bid date for 960-MW Neelum-Jhelum

Pakistan’s Water and Power Development Authority has extended the deadline for bids for civil construction, and mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic steel works for the 960-MW Neelum-Jhelum project, on the Neelum and Jhelum rivers in Azad Jammu Kashmir Region. Bids are now due by July 15.

Bid documents, in English, may be obtained from the address below upon written application and a fee of 150,000 rupees or US$2,500 by bank draft to the contact below. Those who previously purchased bidding documents need not buy them again, but must pay 10,000 rupees (US$170) for amended documents, including drawings.

Bids are due by 11 a.m. July 15 in a single-stage, two-envelope procedure containing Part 1, an application for post-qualification, and Part 2, a priced bid.
