Professional development hours available from HydroVision International 2016

As HydroVision International 2016 approaches, scheduled for July 26-29 in Minneapolis, Minn., at the Minneapolis Convention Center, make sure you take stock of all of its benefits, which includes earning 15 professional development hours (PDH).

All full-conference registrants who attend HydroVision International 2016 can receive 15 PDH that are able for use in a variety of applications.

Attending the conference is useful in many ways to many people. But, one specific instance provides an example of a person who participated as registered full-conference attendee and used their PDH to help meet regulatory requirements:

“After participating in HydroVision International 2015 in Portland, Ore., I noticed I did not print or keep a copy of the certificate for 15 professional development hours (PDH) available for attending the conference.

I contacted the HydroVision International staff and they helped me obtain my certificate.

I was able to apply the 15 PDH towards being audited by my state’s engineering registration board. Attending HydroVision International 2015 and attaining 15 PDH both proved to be very useful.”

Receiving 15 PDH is a huge additional incentive to participate in the world’s largest gathering of hydro industry professionals.

The event features more than 70 conference sessions with 400 speakers; an exhibition that includes more than 300 of the hydroelectric industry’s top product and service providers; and more than 3,000 attendees.

Early Bird registration ends, June 17, so log onto to register and learn additional information.
