Replacement runners sought for Austria’s Obervellach, Enzingerboden

Austrian railway company Oesterreichische Bundesbahnen (OBB) seeks bids for replacement turbine runners for its Obervellach and Enzingerboden hydroelectric projects. Bids are due March 21.

OBB-Infrastruktur Bau AG seeks disassembly, supply, and assembly of replacement Pelton runners and shafts for 3.7-MW Units 1 and 2 of the Obervellach project and Pelton runners for 15-MW Units 2 and 3 of Enzingerboden. Work is to be carried out between March 2008 and November 2012.
