The appointment of Malcolm Woolf, as president and chief executive officer of the National Hydropower Association was officially announced to the HydroVision International 2019 attendees during the opening keynote session.

Woolf has decades of experience in the energy and environment field, with stints with the Advanced Energy Economy, Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley, the National Governors Association and the Environmental Protection Agency.
