PennWell Wall of Honor nominations due Nov. 15

TULSA, Okla., U.S. 11/3/11 (PennWell) – The PennWell Power Group is currently accepting submissions for its Wall of Honor, but the deadline for nomination is less than two weeks away.

Nomination forms are available via the HydroWorld website and are due Nov. 15.

The Wall of Honor will recognize military service personnel, past and present, and will be displayed at PennWell’s Power Group events.

The wall will first be shown at POWER-GEN International in Las Vegas, Nevada. PGI is scheduled for Dec. 13-15.

The wall will also be displayed at HydroVision International 2012 in Louisville, Ky. HydroVision International is planned for July 17-20.

Whether a veteran served in peacetime or wartime, all are deserving of recognition for their service, said Clyde Krout, president of Hydro Consulting & Maintenance Services, Inc.

“I think the veterans are the real heroes,” Krout said. “I think it’s very important to honor all of our veterans.”
Krout, who is also an artist, often dedicates the subject matter of his work to veterans of the military.
