Webcast: Civil infrastructure repair and renewal strategies

On June 3, Hydro Review will be hosting a webcast that provides attendees a virtual workshop on inspection, repair and maintenance of civil infrastructure assets.

Attendees will learn valuable information on best practices for condition assessment and repair of both above ground and underwater structures — including penstocks and pipelines, concrete structures, equipment foundations and more.

Repair options for specialized underwater applications will be addressed, along with the latest state-of-the-art on how to manage concrete degradation, corrosion and moisture challenges.

This interactive educational session, aimed at helping to extend the lifecycle of plant infrastructure, is sponsored by Ballard Marine Construction and STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES.

Presenters are Dr. Anna Pridmore, vice president of pipeline solutions with STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES and Lewis Rounds, director of engineering with Ballard Marine Construction. It will be moderated by Elizabeth Ingram, content director for Hydro Review and HYDROVISION International.
