Czech firm seeks equipment refurbishment at 1.3-MW Nymburk

MVE-Nymburk s.r.o. of the Czech Republic seeks bids for refurbishment of two turbine-generators at the 1.3-MW Nymburk hydroelectric project. Bids are due January 18, 2008.

MVE-Nymburk seeks reconstruction of Units TG 1 and TG 3, including new Kaplan turbines, generators, and governors. The work is to be carried out between January 2008 and July 2009 for an estimated cost of 92 million koruny (US$5.1 million).

Bid documents may be obtained until 2 p.m. January 7, 2008, from the address below for 15,000 koruny (US$841). Bids are due by 2 p.m. January 18, 2008.
