U.S. to upgrade protective relays for 603-MW Ice Harbor

The Corps of Engineers expects to seek bids July 31 for upgrade of protective relays at 603-MW Ice Harbor Dam, on the Snake River in Washington.

The contractor is to remove and replace electro-mechanical transformer and generator protective relays for each of six generators and transformers with government-furnished relays.

Solicitation No. W912EF-06-R-0024 is to be posted on the FedTeDS Internet site: www.fedteds.gov.
