Dam inspection services sought by Corps’ Vicksburg District

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers invites applications for qualification to provide dam inspection services for various installations worldwide. Responses are due June 29.

The Corps’ Vicksburg District said it plans to award, no later than Oct. 1, up to two indefinite delivery contracts, each with a base period and four option periods. Task orders issued over the life of a contract will not exceed $12 million. Work is to be issued by negotiated firm fixed-price task orders.

The work is to be performed primarily on U.S. military bases but might also include work at various worldwide locations. It is estimated the workload for each performance period will be between $2 million and $2.5 million.
Services are to include miscellaneous inspections, preparation of emergency action plans, research, and design of dams.
