Accounting consultant sought for Niger Basin program

The Niger Basin authority seeks expressions of interest from consultants to provide accounting services for its program of water resources development and sustainable ecosystem management in the Niger River Basin. Responses are due July 6.

L’Autorite du Bassin du Niger (ABN) previously called for managers of environmental and socio-economic information and for consultants to serve as personnel recruiters with experience in dams, project management, and development. (HNN 5/29/07)

ABN member states include Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Cote d’Ivoire, Guinea, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, and Chad.
