Architect-engineer sought to provide civil construction services for U.S. Corps Great Lakes-Ohio Division

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers invites applications for pre-qualification to perform architectural-engineering services in the Corps’ Chicago District and Great Lakes and Ohio River Division. Responses are due Jan. 29.

The Corps also seeks architect-engineer services for a range of military and civil works projects in its Great Lakes and Ohio River Division. It previously solicited water resources engineering services for the division.

In a set-aside for small business, the Chicago District now plans to award an indefinite delivery contract for one year with four one-year options to work in the 17 states of the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division. The work is valued at a maximum of $5 million.

Work is to include project planning, economic analyses, site assessments, preparation of decision documents, plans and specifications, construction cost estimates, flood risk management, risk and reliability analysis, engineering services during construction, quality assurance, and other tasks.
