Bosnia seeks cooling system rehab at 110-MW Bocac

BANJA LUKA, Bosnia and Herzegovina 2/3/12 (PennWell) — The electric utility of Bosnia’s Serb Republic, Elektroprivreda Republike Srpska, seeks bids to reconstruct the cooling water system of the 110-MW Bocac hydroelectric project in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Bids are due March 9.

Elektroprivreda previously called for bids, in 2011, to reconstruct Bocac’s cooling water system and its switchgear. The utility also awarded a contract in 2011 to Konstruktor-Inzinjering dd of Croatia, and Integral Inzinjering a.d. Laktasi of Bosnia to build an additional spillway at Bocac.

The utility now again seeks bids for reconstruction of the cooling water system of Bocac. The work is to require 170 days.

Bid documents may be obtained from the address below for 200 euros (US$264) or the equivalent in a convertible currency.
