On behalf of the government of Colombia, the World Bank invites expressions of interest from consultants to help increase use of low-carbon renewable energy for power generation in Colombia. Responses are due September 15.
The work includes developing a report containing recommended policies to increase participation of low-carbon renewable energy sources. The report is to be discussed with Colombia officials and World Bank representatives to select options for further analysis.
Expressions of interest and qualifications, in English, are due September 15 via the World Bank’s eConsult Internet site, www.worldbank.org/econsult. A consultant is to be selected from a short list, based on qualifications, and subject to availability of funding.
