Consultant sought to develop Colombia renewable energy website

The World Bank seeks expressions of interest from consultants to develop an Internet portal for a Non-conventional Renewable Energy (NCRE) Network in Colombia and beyond. Responses are due April 28.

The bank seeks a consultant to design and implement a web portal that the consultant is to update weekly with information received from NCRE Network members. The portal is described as the online �front door� through which network members will enter all available resources on non-conventional renewable energy in Colombia and eventually other countries.
