The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) seeks expressions of interest from consultants to develop guidelines and management tools for its hydropower-based power supply and export program. Responses are due September 28.
The DRC has received funding from the World Bank’s International Development Association and previously solicited contracting and accounting support, auditing, financial management, consultants, and legal assistance to guide rehabilitation and financing of the Inga hydroelectric complex.
