Electro-mechanical equipment sought for France’s 1-MW Cavaletade

The city of Toulouse seeks bids to supply electro-mechanical equipment to the 1-MW Cavaletade hydroelectric project, proposed for the Garonne River in Toulouse. Bids are due May 24.

Toulouse seeks bids for supply and installation of all electro-mechanical equipment, including a turbine-generator, controls, oil and grease, manuals, operating instructions, maintenance, and training. Once electro-mechanical equipment is selected, the city plans to seek bids for civil engineering, gates, and auxiliary equipment to be installed at the existing dam.
