India state seeks developers for 21 small projects

The Madhya Pradesh State Water Resources Department (WRD) invites requests for qualifications to develop 21 small hydropower projects totaling 12.75 MW. Responses are due July 25.

WRD’s Control Board for Major Projects offers build-own-operate-transfer projects ranging from 75 kW to 2.75 MW.

Projects include: 2.7-MW Asan Fall, 300-kW Bansagar RBC, 100-kW Budhna, 175-kW Dhamol, 800-kW Halali, 250-kW Kaket, 100-kW Kolar Barrage, 400-kW Mahan, 600-kW Mohini Pickup Weir, 75-kW Pehsari, 600-kW Rajghat LBC, 150-kW Rampur Canal Fall, 200-kW Rampur Canal Fall, 200-kW Rampur Dam Toe, 1.7-MW Sindh 2, 650-kW Sinhawal 1, 350-kW Sinhawal 2, 1.9-MW Sone, 450-kW Sukta, 750-kW Thanwar, 300-kW Tilwara Feeder Canal (Selwa).

Documents may be obtained from the address below until June 11 for 5,000 rupees (US$124) by demand draft to Secretary, Control Board for Major Projects. Requests for qualification are due July 25.
