India state seeks tender work for 55.5-MW Shahpur Kandi

India’s Punjab State Electricity Board (PSEB) seeks bids from consultants for tender preparation of the 55.5-MW Shahpur Kandi Extension hydroelectric project. Bids are due June 22.

Work includes preparation of technical specifications and tender documents, design of bid evaluation methodology, and preparation of a petition to regulators for approval of a power purchase agreement between PSEB and a selected development bidder.

Bid documents may be obtained from the address below until May 22 for 500 rupees (US$11.75) by demand draft to Accounts Officer/CPC, PSEB, Patiala. Bids are to be opened at noon June 22.
