Kade named Of Counsel at Van Ness Feldman

Tyson Kade has been promoted to Of Counsel at law firm Van Ness Feldman.

Kade represents clients before federal agencies and state and federal courts on natural resources, pipeline safety and energy law. He provides strategic guidance on Endangered Species Act, National Environmental Policy Act and Clean water Act compliance and liability issues and assists with permitting for energy development and hydropower projects.

Kade joined Van Ness Feldman in 2006 as an association. He has a J.D. from the University of Washington, a master’s of environmental management from Duke University and a bachelor’s from Davidson College.
