Canadian utility Manitoba Hydro seeks bids to perform head cover repairs and hoist frame modifications at the 250-MW Kelsey hydroelectric project on the Nelson River in Manitoba. Bids are due July 31.

The utility now seeks bids for repair of all seven turbine-generators at Kelsey including repair of lower head covers, intake gate hoist modifications for four units, and other miscellaneous and site cleanup and demobilization work as required.
