Mott MacDonald expands renewable energy presence, appoints renewables VP

Mott MacDonald, the global management, engineering and development consultancy, is expanding its renewable energy presence in North America with the opening of a dedicated office in Boston, Mass., and the appointment of a vice president for the firm’s renewables division.

Tremain Tanner has been appointed as vice president, Renewable Energy, Mott MacDonald reported. Tanner brings a wealth of experience in the development of private sector renewable energy projects in wind, hydropower, wave and tidal, biomass and landfill gas, a press release indicates.

Tanner also has a successful track record in strategic consultancy in the North American power sector and has extensive project-based transaction experience, a press release states.
