Penstock bids extended for 126-MW Passy, dropped for 101-MW Aston

Electricite de France (EDF) has extended the deadline for bids to refurbish the penstock of the 126-MW Passy hydroelectric project and canceled bidding for penstock work at the 101-MW Aston project in France. Bids for the work on Passy in the Haute Savoie region now are due February 11.
