Phoenix Electric offers electrical components for hydropower projects

Phoenix Electric Corporation offers custom-made high-current switchgear with applications for hydropower project developers and owners, the Boston-based company announces.

Phoenix Electric‘s switchgear is custom designed and built for the user, the company says, and can be designed to match existing equipment, and to meet specialized or unusual requirements.

Switchgear, cylindrically wound air-core reactors and custom engineered controls are all products the company can supply, with systems designed for each project after thorough evaluation by Phoenix’s engineering team.

The company says all its products are manufactured in accordance with ANSI/IEEE/NEMA/NEC standards and are fully consistent with ISO 9001 standards.
