Poland hydro operator seeks trashrake for 90-MW Dychow

Poland hydropower operator PGE Energia Odnawialna S.A. seeks bids to supply a trash rack cleaning system including crane for the 90-MW Dychow pumped-storage project on Poland’s Bobr River. Bids are due January 21.

PGE Energia Odnawialna, which operates 29 hydro projects and three wind farms, formerly was known as Elektrownie Szczytowo-Pompowe S.A. prior to reorganization in 2010.

The hydro operator seeks bids to supply and install a replacement trash rack cleaning system for Dychow, which was completed in 1936. The work is to be performed between February and December.
