Porse takes new position with Mavel Americas

N. Christian Porse is now project manager with Mavel Americas Inc.

He has 30 years of experience in the hydroelectric industry, covering plant operations and maintenance, plant modernization, new plant design and construction, and regulatory agency interaction.

Mavel Americas is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mavel a.s., which specializes in the design and manufacturing of Kaplan, Francis and Pelton turbines and related equipment for hydropower plants from 30 kW to more than 30 MW. The company is headquartered in Boston.
