Trinidad seeks builders for Mamoral Dam flood project

The government of Trinidad and Tobago invites applications for pre-qualification to build the Mamoral Dam flood control project. Responses are due November 12.

The government seeks to mitigate flooding in the Caparo River Basin by construction of Mamoral, plus confinement dikes and upstream river improvements.

Pre-qualification application forms may be obtained from the address below for TT$500 (US$80) by certified check to National Infrastructure Development Co. Ltd., the government’s agent for the solicitation.

Four copies of the application, labeled �Pre-qualification Mamoral Dam – Package 1� and addressed to Secretary � Tenders Committee, National Infrastructure Development Co. Ltd., are due by 1 p.m. November 12 in Tender Box 1 of the address below.
