U.S. Reclamation seeks geotechnical engineer for dam construction

The Bureau of Reclamation seeks candidates to serve as geotechnical engineer for dam construction, to serve in its Technical Service Center in Lakewood, Colo. Applications are due by March 8.

The agency seeks a GS-0810-13 civil engineer at a salary of $87,815 to $114,158. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, coordinating, and facilitation of the preparation of designs and specifications for construction and modification of major dam structures.

The candidate must have an engineering degree and specialized experience performing geotechnical engineering analysis and design of embankment dams and concrete dam foundations.
