Vietnam seeks environmental assessment for small hydro program

The government of Vietnam invites expressions of interest from consultants to prepare a strategic environmental assessment of a provincial small hydropower program. Responses are due September 10.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade seeks consultants to help prepare a strategic environmental assessment for the master plan of small hydropower development in Lao Cai Province. Work also would include building of local capacity to implement mitigation measures that might be proposed.
